Xmatter Protection

Xmatter padding is used across the knee cap, ergonomically shaped for a perfect fit and mountain biking comfort when pedalling. This is a viscoelastic polymer that provides optimal impact force absorption while remaining highly flexible – ideal for both on-the-bike mobility and freedom of movement. 

Its open-cell structure also enables it to withstand multiple impacts while still retaining exemplary shock-absorbing properties. The padding is also removable, allowing you to pop your pads in the wash or replace pads that have seen the end of their useful life. 

Fresh and Flexible

The Carve 2.0 features AeroMesh construction. This gives you pads with an extremely comfortable and flexible fit. High-performance AeroMesh 3D mesh is both breathable and quick-wicking, preventing sweat build-up. An anti-bacterial finish also combats odour and prevents any itchiness that bacterial build-up can cause.
