Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we’ve received it. Acceptance occurs when we ship your items.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Shipping:

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to remote areas and parts of Asia.

We stand behind our products with a hassle-free return policy:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached
• Original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returns

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once packaging is opened or used:

• Body Armour, Helmets, Goggles, Neck Braces
• Frame Protection products
• Personalized or custom-built products

Return Process:

To initiate a return:

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package item securely in original packaging
4. Ship using a trackable service (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless error is on our part)

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
